PROCESI I BOTIMIT TË PUNIMEVE

Përgatitja dhe Dorëzimi

Punimet duhet të përgatiten në përputhje me udhëzimet për autorët. Ato mund të dorëzohen në njërën nga gjuhët zyrtare të revistës (shqip ose anglisht), ose në të dyja gjuhët njëkohësisht. Për punimet që dorëzohen vetëm në një gjuhë dhe pranohen për botim, autorët janë përgjegjës për përkthimin dhe lekturimin profesional të tyre.

Afatet e Dorëzimit

Autorët mund të zgjedhin të botojnë në numrin e majit ose të dhjetorit. Afatet e fundit për pranimin e punimeve janë:

• Për numrin e majit: deri më 1 prill
• Për numrin e dhjetorit: deri më 1 nëntor

Pas dorëzimit, autorët do të marrin një konfirmim automatik për regjistrimin e punimit në adresën e tyre të e-mailit.

VLERËSIMI I PUNIMEVE

Procesi i Recensionit

Punimet vlerësohen nga ekspertë të fushave përkatëse brenda periudhave:

• 1 – 15 prill (për numrin e majit)
• 1 – 15 nëntor (për numrin e dhjetorit)

Për të garantuar një vlerësim objektiv dhe profesional, punimet shkencore i nënshtrohen recensionit të fshehtë (double-blind review) nga ekspertë ndërkombëtarë, ku emrat e autorëve mbeten anonimë për vlerësuesit.

PRANIMI DHE BOTIMI

Pas datës 15 prill / 15 nëntor, autorët do të njoftohen mbi vendimin për pranimin, refuzimin ose nevojën për korrigjime dhe sugjerime.

Versioni përfundimtar i punimit, me ndërhyrjet e kërkuara, duhet të dorëzohet në redaksi deri më 1 maj (për numrin e majit) ose 1 dhjetor (për numrin e dhjetorit).

Pas botimit të revistës, çdo autor do të pajiset me një kopje fizike të saj.

PAGESA PËR BOTIM

Autorët, punimet e të cilëve pranohen për botim, janë të obliguar që të kryejnë pagesën përpara publikimit të revistës në xhirollogarinë e SHSSH-së.

Tarifa për botimin në këtë revistë është 150 Euro (ose vlera e tyre në denarë, sipas kursit zyrtar të Bankës Popullore).

DEKLARATA E PRIVATËSISË

Të dhënat personale dhe adresa e postës elektronike (e-mail), të përdorura gjatë procesit të botimit, do të shfrytëzohen ekskluzivisht për nevojat dhe kërkesat editoriale të revistës. Këto të dhëna nuk do të përdoren për asnjë qëllim tjetër dhe nuk do t’u vihen në dispozicion palëve të treta.

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION PROCESS

Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must be prepared in strict accordance with the Instructions for Authors. The journal accepts submissions in Albanian, English, or both languages simultaneously.

Language and Translation Policy

For manuscripts accepted in a single language, authors are responsible for providing a high-quality translation and professional proofreading of the final version prior to publication.

Publication Schedule

Authors may elect to publish their work in either the May or December issue, subject to the successful completion of the peer-review process and editorial approval.

Submission Deadlines and Editorial Timeline

To ensure timely consideration for publication, manuscripts must be submitted according to the following schedule:

• May Issue: Submission deadline is April 1st of the current calendar year
• December Issue: Submission deadline is November 1st of the current calendar year

Upon submission, authors will receive an automated acknowledgment confirming the registration of their manuscript via the contact email address provided.

PEER REVIEW AND EVALUATION PROTOCOL

The formal evaluation period for the May issue occurs from April 1st to April 15th, and for the December issue from November 1st to November 15th. All submissions undergo a rigorous assessment by subject-matter experts.

To maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and professional objectivity, original scientific research is subject to a double-blind peer review by international experts. Under this policy, the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers to ensure an impartial evaluation.

EDITORIAL DECISION AND FINAL REVISIONS

Following the review period (after April 15th or November 15th), authors will be notified regarding the acceptance, rejection, or required revisions of their manuscript.

Should the editorial board request corrections or provide suggestions, authors must finalize all amendments and return the revised manuscript by May 1st (for the May issue) or December 1st (for the December issue).

AUTHOR COMPLIMENTARY COPIES

Following the official release of the journal, each contributing author will be provided with a complimentary hard copy of the published issue.

PUBLICATION FEES AND PAYMENT PROTOCOL

Upon formal notification of acceptance, authors are required to remit the publication fee to the ASS (Albanian Stomatological Society) bank account.

• Standard Fee: 150 EUR
• Currency Equivalency: Payments made in Macedonian Denars (MKD) must be calculated based on the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank on the day of the transaction
• Timeline: Payment must be finalized and confirmed before the journal's official publication date

All personal data, including email addresses collected during the submission and publication process, shall be processed exclusively for the administrative and editorial requirements of the journal. This information will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any secondary purpose.
